2. JOB OBJECTIVE
The Reporting Team Member will run weekly, monthly and ad-hoc KPIs and payment reports for all cross-border letter mail and e-commerce products and services and will maintain the settings in the reporting applications. The job holder will report to the Reporting and Data Manager.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Production of high quality, accurate and timely KPIs and payment reports via the different reporting applications or via SQL queries
• Maintain the reporting settings (reference data) in the different reporting tools and databases
• Perform regular and ad-hoc quality checks on reports and data
• Testing of new systems, reports or functionalities
• Follow up with business for reporting topics and issues
• Prompt and accurate responses to member/IPC staff queries
4. FUNCTIONALITY CRITERIA
• Master or Bachelor degree required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• SQL knowledge to write or modify queries
• Able to use the IPC reporting applications
• Analytical ability with eye for detail
• Service minded and customer focused
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Rigorous about quality of own work
• Ability to manage large data sets and derive clear conclusions
• Problem-solving capabilities and hands-on approach to problems and issues
• Ability to learn quickly and to multi-tasking
• Fluent in English; verbal as well as written communication
