During the year, the post acquired more than ten new subsidiaries, including six in the logistics sector. The post also invested in digital service development for mail, advertising and public services, as part of its diversification strategy to 2030.
Parcel volumes grew by 10% in 2021, driven by strong demand for priority services. To meet growing capacity, the post has opened four new parcel sorting centres in the last three years, with further expansion planned in the coming decade. By 2030, it aims to have 15 centres nationwide, up from eight in 2020. The post will also look to increase pick-up points for parcels in the coming years, adding to its locker network of just under 200 terminals.
