IPC has a Help Desk facility for all incidents reported outside of normal IPC Business Hours from 17:00 – 09:00 CET for the following IPC systems or services only:

  • Mail Registration Device  (MRD)  
  • Tracking – Interconnect 
  • STROBE
  • Common Returns Platform (CRP)
  • Harmonised Labelling Service
